Responsible to review plumbing work as assigned, tracking work orders, and performing plumbing installation and repairs including contractor coordination. Perform general repairs and maintenance on plumbing equipment & systems. Develops & maintains a preventative maintenance program for plumbing systems. Maintain all plumbing equipment, sewer lines, potable water lines, gas lines, sprinkler systems and related systems in all District buildings.
